Algerian-Vietnamese business forum: Opportunities to forge profitable partnerships ALGIERS- Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia said Thursday that the new five-year programme, to which USD200 billion in public investment are devoted, offers many opportunities to Algerian and Vietnamese companies to conclude profitable partnerships. In an address made at the opening of the Algerian-Vietnamese business forum, Ouyahia underlined that "the Algerian companies will benefit from Vietnamese firms' large experience, while Vietnamese companies will undoubtedly strengthen their presence in Algeria and increase their business abroad, as well as considerable dividends."
