ALGIERS - a legal agreement of mutual aid between Algeria and Vietnam was finalized Wednesday by the experts of the two countries, indicates an official statement of the ministry of Justice. "With a view to sit an Algerian Vietnamese legal cooperation, and for a better legal protection for the investors of the two countries, an agreement on the mutual aid in civil and commercial matters was finalized", specifies the same source. The agreement in question comes to install "the conventional framework which will bind the two parts and which will be supplemented soon by the concluding of two legal cooperation agreements, one relating to the extradition and the other on the legal penal matter mutual aid", adds the source.
