Resorption of the precarious habitat: a delegation Vietnamese interested by the Algerian experiment |

ANNABA (Algeria) - A Vietnamese delegation led by the Vice-Minister of the Habitat, Nguyen Tran Nam had, on Monday at Annaba, an overview on the Algerian knowledge in the sector of the habitat through a sampling of taking over of the resorption of precarious habitat (RHP) in favor of various construction schedules of residences. The Vietnamese delegation, in visit of work at Annaba, within the framework of the technical assistance between the two countries, is particularly interested on the aspects of these programs financing and the costs of realization of the residences as well as the availability of the ground rent.
