The president of the Republic, Mr. Abdelaziz Bouteflika, addressed a message of congratulations to his counterpart of the socialist Republic of Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet, on the occasion of the celebration of the national day of his country.
"On the occasion of the celebration of the national day of your country, it is particularly pleasant for me to present to you, in the name of the Algerian people and Government and on my personal behalf, my more cordial congratulations accompanied with my best wishes of health and happiness for yourself, progress and continuous prosperity for the friendly Vietnamese people", wrote President Bouteflika in his message.
"All while associating myself to the commemoration of this outstanding event, I wish to say my conviction, that with your invaluable contest, historical relations of friendship, solidarity and co-operation which link Algeria and Vietnam will not fail to be reinforced, for the mutual benefit of our two people", it added.
