Marital status
The consular section of the Embassy of Algeria to Vietnam is entitled to transcribe and deliver the documents of marital status of the Algerians resident in Vietnam, in Cambodia, in Laos and in Myanmar. These acts can be transcribed on the registers of births, marriages and deaths of the Embassy at the request of registered, or the request of a member of its family, in the case of its death. They milked with the following events:

The transcription of the acts of marital status on the registers of births, marriages and deaths of the Embassy has the advantage of being able to be made deliver acts of marital status by the consular section of the Embassy as well as by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Algiers (General Direction of the Consular Businesses). |
The applicant will have to provide:
A-for the transcription of a marriage:
- the original of the act or the certificate of marriage,
- a birth certificate of the spouse, when this last is not registered yet.
- the payment of the stampright for the establishment of a family record book
B-for the transcription of a birth:
- the original of the birth certificate "and the family record book
C-for the transcription of a death:
- a death certificate delivered by the town hall of the place of death.
