Passport
Every national residing at Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos or Myanmar, and regularly registered near the consular Section of the Embassy of Algeria at Vietnam as well as the members of its family (joint and children) can postulate with the establishment, the extension or the renewal of a passport.
Parts required:
Individual passport for minors
The children of more than fifteen (15) years can profit from an individual passport. The children of less than fifteen (15) years are related to the passport of the father and/or the mother
Parts required:
1-for carrying the child on the passport of the father:
- birth certificate of the child (except if this part appears already in the file of the parents),
- 02 photographs of the child, recent and of the same size.
2- to carry the child on the passport of the mother:
- In addition to the parts enumerated above, to produce an authorization by which the father of the child authorizes the port of the child on the passport of his mother.
- However, an individual passport could be delivered to the child of less than fifteen years if this one has to travel alone.
- In this case, the file to be presented is as follows:
- birth certificate of the child (except if this part appears already in the file of the parents),
- 04 photographs of the child, recent and of the same pulling,
- an authorization by which the father of the child authorizes the delivery of an individual passport to his child.
- a certified cheque or mandate posts (for more information please contact the Consular Services),
- an envelope prepaid for the return of the documents, (any type of mail protected with the choice and the load from the applicant),
- presentation of the chart of registration of the father, or, if necessary, of the mother if she is the principal registered,
 the form provided by the consular services and available on this site duly supplemented, dated and signed. (to avoid any transcription error, prayer to register the name and first names of the Arabic child at the suitable heading)- A valid residence permit.
In the event of loss or of deterioration of the passport:
The holder of a passport lost, mislaid or deteriorated, must be made deliver, by the local proper authorities, a declaration of loss specifying the place and the circumstances of the loss, and immediately warn the Consulate or the Embassy nearer. The deteriorated passport will have to be restored at the time of the application of establishment of a new passport.
In accordance with article 62 of the Finance law 1994, it will be levied a tax for renewal of passport, in the event of loss or of deterioration in addition to the formation expenses of a new passport. (for more information please contact the Consular Services)
The pass
It is delivered with any Algerian not registered, being able to justify its nationality.
The pass is delivered for only one travel in direction of Algeria.
