Preventive measures against influenza A / H1N1 called swine flue |

The Embassy of Algeria in Vietnam reports that preventive measures have been taken by the Algerian authorities to deal with the threat of influenza A / H1N1 called swine flue as following:
- Control and health monitoring on every posts entries in Algeria (by air, sea and land).
- The setting up of early warning and monitoring at central and local level.
- Availability of equipment and consumable medical supplies as well as an antiviral treatment stockpile (Tamiflu) in the order of 6.5 million doses.
It should be noted that the entry of foreign nationals to Algerian territory does not require the presentation of a health document for this type of infection.

The ordinance No 08-02 dated on 24th July 2008 on the Finance law complementary for the year 2008 fixing the conditions of delivery of certificates of change of residence to our Nationals on the occasion of their definitive return in Algeria.
"Article 42.: the provisions of Article 202 of the law No 79-07 of July 21st, 1979, modified and supplemented, bearing code of the customs are modified, supplemented and written as follows:
"Art. 202: On the occasion of their definitive return in Algeria, the nationals registered near our diplomatic and consular representations, which justify of an uninterrupted stay of at least three (3) years abroad at the date of the change of residence duly justified by the certificate issued by the authorities of the host country attesting of the restitution of their residence permit and which never profited from the advantages related to the change of residence, can import without payment:

- A motor vehicle for transporting people of the tariff heading No 87-03 of a cubic capacity lower or equal to 2000 cc for alternate lighting, the piston engine motor vehicles by compression (diesel) or a utility motor vehicle for the carriage of merchandise weight not exceeding 5950 tons or a vehicle with wheels, subjected to registration. These means of transport must be new at the date of importation.

Pursuant to the law Nº01/10 of the 11 Rabie Ethani 1422 correspondent at bearing 03 July 2001 law mining, the National Agency of the Mining Patrimony is launching a national and international call for bidding to the investors for purposes of attribution adjudication of mining titles of exploitation or exploration, for the lodgings of mineral substances appearing as annexes ci-joined.
The substances suggested are as follows:

To this end, the National Agency of Mining Patrimony, organizes, a permanent exposure which will take place from December 24, 2007 to January 22, 2008, at the headquarters of the Ministry, Val d’Hydra, Algiers.
The interested investors will be able during these days, after inscription on a resister open for this purpose, to proceed, with the help of the sum of 10 000,00 DA for each requested lodging, with the withdrawal :
- Of a schedule of conditions fixing the clauses and conditions applicable to the invitation to tender of mining titles of exploration or exploitation.
The closing date of the sale of these documents is fixed at January 22, 2008.

The group of persons of Algerian right or foreign, eager to take part in the commercial fishing year to large halieutic migratory for the year of 2008, is invited to approach the Ministry of Fishing and the Halieutic Resources in order to deposit the regulatory file, as defined by the article 03 of the executive decree No 06-3678 of Ramadhan26, 1427 corresponding to October 26, 2006 (Official Journal No 66 of the 10-22-2006) and having to fulfill in four specimens, the following documents:
- A written request of the ship-owner;
- Elements of individualization of the ship or ships to be put in exploitation;
- An official certificate of ship-owner delivered by the country of origin;
- Technical caracteristic of machines of fishing to be used;
- A list of the crew to be embarked;
- A document justifying the prior agreement of the pavilion status, aimed by competent authorities.
The limiting date of deposit of the files is fixed to 31st of january, 2008:
