The debate will be conducted by representatives of the Cabinet of Mr. Secretary of State for the national community abroad, the General Directorate of National Security, the General Directorate of Customs and the National Travalers Maritime Transport Company.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs the public that within the framework of the transfer of its services to its new headquarters (Plateau Annassers - Algiers), the service of civil status, located Place Mohamed Seddik Ben Yahia, El Mouradia, will be closed from Sunday, May 15 to Thursday, May 19, 2011. The department of civil status will resume its operation as of Sunday, May 22 at its new location. The Societe Nationale d'Assurance (SAA) began the marketing of its insurance products for body repatriation of deceased compatriots abroad.
The benefits of this insurance are:
- No limit to the paid amount, the guaranteed allowance being fully served by the insurer of the SAA, IMA-GIE (Inter Mutuelles Assistance Niort France);
- No medical selection;
- No age limit;
- Available throughout the world.
This insurance product covers the organization and management, at real costs, by the assistance provider IMA-GIE, of the transfer of the insured's body to the burial site in Algeria and the availability to a close relative, a round-trip plane ticket to accompany the body. The transfer of body covers the following:
- administrative formalities related to the death;
- treatment and post-mortem ritual washing;
- Placing in coffin and transporting the body to the burial site.
In case of death, a close relative or other person must contact the assistance provider IMA-GIE within 72 hours from the time he learned of the death to the following unique Telephone number: + 33 (0) 5 49 34 81 78 (24/24 and 7 / 7) and request the execution of the guarantees in the contract.
This insurance is subscribed in Algeria either individually or collectively through associations.
For subscription at a distance, it is necessary to complete the insurance application contained in the brochure circulated by the SAA (download from the SAA website at: www.saa.dz), detach it, sign it and return it to the association or send it to a family member residing in Algeria to make it to the subscription process and the settlement of the amount of the insurance premium in euros to the SAA account opened within the Exterior Bank of Algeria. The annual insurance premium per person is 25 Euros (excluding transfer costs) equivalent to 2500 Algerian Dinars. This premium is divided into net premium (2400 AD) and stamp duties and accessories (60 and 40 AD by sheet issued).

- • 5% of the net premium for groups of 50 to 100 people;
- • 7.5% for groups of 101 to 500;
- • 10% for groups from 501 to 1,000 people;
- • 15% for groups of more than 1,000 people.

The Embassy of Algeria in Hanoi informs the members of the Algerian community in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar that a summer university of science and technology research will be held at the University Abu Bakr BELKAID -Tlemcen - from 9 to 15 July 2011.
This meeting, which will be held with the assistance of the Association of Algerian Competences Abroad (ACA), is organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MERS) in partnership with the State Secretariat responsible for the National Community Abroad (SECCNE).
The works will focus on biotechnology, material sciences, agricultural sciences, renewable energy, health, information technology and communication and management of industrial projects.
The program designed for this purpose will be held in the form of courses, workshops and opportunities for exchange. The involvement of national expertise abroad (researchers, lecturers, engineers, PhD students and postdocs ...) is highly desirable in order to make this consolidation of the Algerian scientific elite an important moment in the process of sharing knowledge.
The selection operation skills responsible for delivering the courses will be done in two stages.
- Applications are first received and reviewed by the ACA.
- They are then forwarded to the Scientific Committee at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, called upon to make the identification of training and to provide comment on the scientific contributions.
The deadline for receipt of applications by the ACA is set for March 20, 2011.

Thời gian chuyển giao trước khi đưa hộ chiếu sinh trắc học vào sử dụng sẽ bắt đầu vào thứ 2 ngày 1 tháng 3 năm 2010.
Do vậy, xin lưu ư các công dân có hộ chiếu hết hạn trước ngày 30 tháng 9 năm 2010 nộp hồ sơ xin cấp mới hoặc gia hạn theo lịch như sau :
- từ thứ 2, ngày 1 tháng 3 đến thứ 4 ngày 10 tháng 3 năm 2010 nhận hồ sơ các hộ chiếu hết hạn trước ngày 15 tháng 5 năm 2010.
- từ thứ 2 ngày 11 tháng 3 đến thứ 7 ngày 20 tháng 3 năm 2010 nhận hồ sơ các hộ chiếu hết hạn từ ngày 16 tháng 5 đến ngày 30 tháng 6 năm 2010.’
- - từ thứ 2 ngày 22 tháng 3 đến thứ 4 ngày 31 tháng 3 năm 2010 nhận hồ sơ các hộ chiếu hết hạn từ ngày 1 tháng 7 đến ngày 30 tháng 9 năm 2010.
Các hồ sơ xin cấp mới hoặc gia hạn hộ chiếu phải được gửi đến cơ quan đại diện ngoại giao hoặc lănh sự nơi cư trú, các cơ quan này sẽ chịu trách nhiệm xử lư và cấp lại hộ chiếu.
Các hộ chiếu được cấp trước ngày 31 tháng 3 năm 2010 sẽ có giá trị đến tháng 3 năm 2015, hạn chót do Tổ chức hàng không dân dụng quốc tế đưa ra trước khi đưa vào sử dụng rộng răi hộ chiếu sinh trắc học điện tử.

The Embassy of Algeria to Vietnam would like to bring to the attention of Algerian nationals residents in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and the Union of Myanmar that the SAA Insurance launches the insurance product for the repatriation of bodies of Algerians residing abroad. This insurance product is available in the distribution of the SAA, throughout the national territory, since the first in July 2009. It guarantees the repatriation of the body of the deceased insured person, from his country of residence abroad until burial in Algeria and the provision of a close relative of a plane ticket, roundtrip return to accompany the body.
This insurance is valid in all countries of the world and issued without limit of age and without medical examination, can be purchased in Algeria with the distribution of the PAC, or individually by the insured person himself or herself or by a third authorized person (with the insurance application completed and signed by the person to insure) or collectively by associations of Algerian immigrants. Subscription collective gives a discount on the premium depending on the number of insured.
the fee is two thousand five hundred (2,500) convertible Algerian Dinars (with and provision of a receipt of exchange) per year per insured person.

The Embassy of Algeria at Hanoi informs all Algerian Nationals residing in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar that the Société Nationale d'Assurances "SAA" is about to launch shortly, an insurance product for repatriation of the remains. This new insurance product provides the following advantages:
- An individual or collective subscription by the Associations;
- Guaranteed charge: Repatriation of the body on the place of death abroad until burial in Algeria and provision of a two way ticket in economy class for the accompanist of the deceased;
- No limit on the amount taken in charge since the guaranteed benefit is paid entirely by the nature of the SAA assistant;
- No medical underwriting;
- No age limit;
- The insurance is valid worldwide;
- The amount of the premium annual insurance is Two Thousand Five Hundred Algerian Dinars (2500 DA) convertible, per person.
The marketing of this insurance will be carried out, first in Algeria, through the network of the SAA consisting of direct Agencies and Bancassurances, in partnership with a foreign reinsurer. The subscription and distribution will be extended to other channels, using the Internet, starting with the upgrade of the electronic payment systems.
The prospectus relating to this insurance will be available to nationals at the Embassy of Algeria to Vietnam, upon reception. An information message on this insurance will be published on the website of the SAA www.saa.dz, the day before the date of actual launch of the marketing of this product. It should be noted that the SAA is ready to provide any other information on this insurance.

Preventive measures against influenza A / H1N1 called swine flue |

The Embassy of Algeria in Vietnam reports that preventive measures have been taken by the Algerian authorities to deal with the threat of influenza A / H1N1 called swine flue as following:
- Control and health monitoring on every posts entries in Algeria (by air, sea and land).
- The setting up of early warning and monitoring at central and local level.
- Availability of equipment and consumable medical supplies as well as an antiviral treatment stockpile (Tamiflu) in the order of 6.5 million doses.
It should be noted that the entry of foreign nationals to Algerian territory does not require the presentation of a health document for this type of infection.

Theo Luật Nº01/10 ngày 11 Rabie Ethanie 1422 tức ngày 3 tháng 7 năm 2001 quy định về luật mỏ, Tổng cục Di sản và Mỏ quốc gia kính mời các nhà đầu tư trong nước và quốc tế tham gia đấu thầu quyền thăm ḍ hoặc khai thác các mỏ khoáng chất, có danh sách kèm theo.
Các khoáng chất mời thầu là :
Quyền khai thác : vật liệu vữa và bê tông (agrégat), đất sét. (pdf, Tiếng Anh)
Quyền thăm ḍ : vật liệu vữa và bê tông (agrégat) và xi măng, đá trang trí, dolomite, đất sét, túp, thạch cao, cát mịn và cát thô. (pdf, Tiếng Anh)
Tổng cục Di sản và Mỏ quốc gia sẽ triển lăm liên tục từ ngày 24 tháng 12 năm 2007 đến ngày 22 tháng 1 năm 2008 tại trụ sở Bộ Năng lượng và Mỏ, Val d’Hydra, Alger.
Trong thời gian triển lăm, các nhà đầu tư quan tâm có thể đăng kư tại chỗ, nhận hồ sơ đấu thầu quy định các điều khoản và điều kiện đầu thầu quyền thăm ḍ hoặc khai thác mỏ. Phí tài liệu cho mỗi một điểm yêu cầu là 10.000 DA.
Các tài liệu trên có bán đến hết ngày 22 tháng 1 năm 2008.

[APS 15/02/2007] Angiê - Tổng thống Cộng hoà Angiêri dân chủ và nhân dân, ngài Abdelaziz Bouteflika đă kư Sắc lệnh triệu tập Hội đồng bầu cử để chuẩn bị tiến hành bầu cử đại biểu Quốc hội nhân dân (APN) vào ngày 17 tháng 5 tới. Đăng trên Công báo số 11, ra ngày 15 tháng 2 năm 2007, Sắc lệnh Tổng thống nêu rơ rằng, về vấn đề này, việc sửa đổi «ngoại lệ » danh sách cử tri sẽ bắt đầu từ thứ hai ngày 19 tháng 2 năm 2007 đến thứ tư ngày 28 tháng 2 năm 2007.

Đại sứ quán Angiêri tại Hà Nội xin thông báo tới các công dân Angiêri đăng kư hồ sơ tại bộ phận Lănh sự của Đại sứ quán hiện đang sinh sống tại Việt Nam, Lào, Căm-pu-chia và My-an-ma : nhằm thực hiện các qui định trong khỏan 10 của Pháp lệnh số 05/05 ngày 18 joumadha ethania 1426 tức ngày 25/7/2005 về luật tài chính bổ sung của năm 2005, việc nhập khẩu các loại xe du lịch đă qua sử dụng dưới ba (03) năm bị băi bỏ. Một thời hạn là hai (02) tháng để áp dụng qui định này bắt đầu từ ngày 25/07/2005.
Tuy nhiên, qui định về việc nhập khẩu các loại xe du lịch mới vẫn c̣n hiệu lực.
Đại sứ quán Angiêri tại Hà Nội mời tất cả các công dân Angiêri hiện đang sinh sống Viet Nam, Cam-pu-chia , Lào và Myanmar không ghi tên trên danh sách bầu cử từ 18 tuổi trở lên, có mặt tại Pḥng Lănh sự Đại sứ quán Angiêri ngày 29 tháng 9/ 2005 .
Đại sứ quán cũng xin thông báo rằng để chuẩn bị cho cuộc Trưng cầu dân ư về Hiến chương v́ hoà b́nh và ḥa hợp dân tộc vào ngày 29 tháng 9 sắp tới, sẽ tiến hành duyệt lại danh sách bầu cử từ ngày 17 đến ngày 24 tháng 8 .
Đại sứ quán cũng xin nhắc lại rằng việc duyệt lại danh sách bầu cử căn cứ vào các điều khỏan của Pháp lệnh số 97-07 ngày 06/03/1997 đă được sửa đổi và bổ sung về luật tổ chức bầu cử và sắc lệnh của tổng thống số 05-278 ngày 14/8/ 2005 về triệu tập cử tri.
